1. Fuel management

2. Management of other oils


Other oils include engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. Different grades and grades of oil shall not be mixed; Different varieties of loader oil in the production process to add chemical or physical effects of additives are different; To ensure oil cleaning, prevent sundries (water, dust, particles, etc.) mixed; Label oil according to ambient temperature and usage. High ambient temperature, should choose the viscosity of the oil, low ambient temperature should choose the viscosity of oil; Gear oil viscosity is relatively large, to adapt to the larger transmission load, hydraulic oil viscosity is relatively small, to reduce liquid flow resistance.


3. Lubricating oil management


Lubricants (butter) are used to reduce wear on moving surfaces and prevent noise. Grease should not be mixed with dust, sand, water and other impurities during storage. It is recommended to choose lithium base grease g2-l1 with good anti-wear performance and suitable for heavy load condition. When filling, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to prevent sand adhesion.


4. Maintenance of filter element


The filter element ACTS as a filter for impurities in the oil or gas circuit to prevent them from invading the system and causing faults. All filter elements shall be replaced regularly according to the requirements of (operation and maintenance manual); When replacing the filter element, should check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element, such as metal particles found in the timely diagnosis and improvement measures; Use the pure filter element in accordance with the requirements of the machine. The filter capacity of the filter element is poor, the filter layer and material quality are not up to the requirements, will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.


5. Regular maintenance


(1) the new machine should be replaced after 250H fuel filter and additional fuel filter element; Check engine valve clearance.


Daily maintenance; Check, clean or replace the air filter element; Clean the cooling system inside; Check and tighten track plate bolts; Check and adjust the track anti-tensioning degree; Check the inlet heater; Replace bucket teeth; Adjust bucket clearance; Check the front window cleaning liquid level; Check and adjust air conditioning; Clean the cockpit floor; Replace filter element of the breaker (optional accessories). When cleaning the cooling system, wait for the engine to fully cool down, slowly unscrew the water injection cap, release the pressure inside the water tank, and then release water; Do not clean the engine while it is working. High speed rotating fan can cause danger. When cleaning or replacing the coolant, the machine should be parked on the horizontal ground; Replace coolant and anticorrosion as shown in table 3. The ratio of antifreeze to water is as shown in table 4.

Check the liquid level height of the coolant (add water); Check engine oil level, add oil; Check fuel oil level (add fuel); Check hydraulic oil level (add hydraulic oil); Check whether the air filter element is blocked; Check the wiring; Check whether the horn is normal; Check bucket lubrication; Check the water and sediment in the oil-water separator.


(4) every 100 maintenance items. Movable arm cylinder head pin shaft; Arm pin; Movable arm cylinder rod end; Bucket rod cylinder head pin shaft; Connecting pin for movable arm and bucket bar; Bucket rod cylinder rod end; Bucket cylinder head pin shaft; Half bar connecting rod connecting pin; Bucket rod, bucket cylinder rod end; Bucket cylinder head pin shaft; Connecting pin of bucket rod connecting rod; Check the oil level in the rotary mechanism box (add oil); Discharge of water and sediment from the fuel tank.


(5) every 250H maintenance items. Check the oil level in the final transmission box (add gear oil); Check the battery electrolyte; Replace the oil in the engine oil sump and the engine filter element; Lubricating slewing support (2); Check the tightness of fan belt, and check the tightness of air conditioner compressor belt, and make adjustment.


6 every 500h maintenance project. Carry out maintenance programs for every 100 and 250H at the same time; Replace fuel filter element; Check the height of the slewing pinion grease (add grease); Check and clean radiator fins, oil cooler fins and cooler fins; Replace hydraulic oil filter element; Replace the oil in the final transmission box (only for the first time at 500h, and once after 1000h); Clean the air filter elements inside and outside the air conditioner system; Replace the filter element of the hydraulic oil vent.


Maintenance items per 1000h. Simultaneously carry out maintenance projects for every 100, 250 and 500h; Replace the oil in the rotary mechanism box; Check oil level of shock absorber shell (return oil); Check all fasteners of turbocharger; Check the clearance of the turbocharger rotor; Inspection and replacement of tension of generator belt; Replace anti-corrosion filter element; Replace the oil in the final transmission box.


Is also every 2000h maintenance projects. First complete the maintenance items for every 100, 250, 500 and 1000h; Clean the filter screen of hydraulic oil tank; Clean and inspect turbocharger; Check the generator and start the motor; Check engine valve clearance (and adjust); Check the shock absorber.


9) over 4000h maintenance. Check the pump every 4000h; Additional items for hydraulic oil replacement per 5000h.


Attending long-term storage. When the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground; The whole machine is cleaned and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment; If the condition is limited to only in the outdoor storage, the machine should be parked in the drainage of good cement surface; Fill the fuel tank before storage, lubricate all parts, replace the hydraulic oil and engine oil, apply a thin layer of butter on the metal surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, remove the terminal terminal of the negative terminal of the battery, or unload the battery for separate storage; According to the lowest ambient temperature in the cooling water to add the appropriate proportion of antifreeze; Start the engine once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery at the same time; Turn on the air conditioner for 5-10min for refrigeration.
